Why did you start at Radio Lonsdale?
I have a keen interest in music and fancied trying my hand at a bit of DJing. Also learning to use mixing desks and equipment will always be a useful skill to have.
What sort of music do you play?
Mainly rock and indie. But will often play a bit of 80's or some cheesy pop that is so bad it is good.
What's the funniest thing that has happened on air?
I don't know about the funniest but one of the weirdest was agreeing to bring a guitar in for a live performance one night. Being a man of my word I found myself in the studio with the guitar having a sing song with Phil live on air.
Anything else?
I found a copy of Black Betty by Ram Jam on vinyl during one of my first times in the studio, however I now search for it every week but never find it… The hunt continues, one day it will get played!
